We cater for any occasion from block parties, family reunions, and to large-scale corporate events. We use only the freshest meats and ingredients and can prepare your feast on or off-premises.

Our specialties include slow-cooked ribs, chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket and even whole hog cooks. We can enhance your event with delicious seasonal salads and hot side dishes.

JC's Bar-B-Que & Catering is currently booking for the 2010 & 2011 seasons. Saturdays are the most popular day for bookings and should be reserved well in advance.
