Pig Roast Q&A:
With every pig roast we do there are always the same questions asked, so we decided to put them here with answers to help you out! As always please feel free to call us and ask anything.
Q. - Do you deliver the pig already cooked?
A. - No we don't, we show up early that day to prepare & cook on site until served.
Q. - How long will it take to cook?
A. - Cook times vary from roast to roast due to size & weather but it takes us around 4-8 hours for cooking.
Q. - How much room do you need?
A. - Our pig roaster requires a minimum of a 36" clear opening to get into any back yard or area we are wanted to be in. Once set up we need a 10'X10' area for our tent & cooker.
Q. - How do you serve the pig?
A. - Once cooked to perfection, we garnish for pictures (there are always pictures taken at this point, you just can't resist) and then we will carve up into food trays & placed into heated racks for serving.
Q. - What is included in my pig roast?
A. - We provide your pig; all seasonings & sauces, single service tableware (ie. forks, knives, plates, & napkins), hot racks and your choice of sandwich or diner rolls.
Q. - What size pig will i need?
A. - We reccomend 1-1/2lbs. per person x amount of people = pig size needed.
