Booking Info
- A 50% deposit is required to book any event.
- Final payment is required the day of event upon delivery/arrival.
- All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
The following information is necessary to provide a quote for custom packages:
- Full name & address of person responsible for booking & billing
- Contact phone number and best time to call
- Event address
- Event date
- Time of appetizer and/or dinner service
- Estimated guest count including children
- Menu selections
- Final guarantee is due 7 business days prior to the event. The final guarantee cannot be decreased after this date, however we will increase the guarantee within 3 days of the event.
- Additional staffing may be necessary to accommodate an increase in guest count and staffing fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
60 days prior to event date - full refund of deposit
30 days prior to event date - 50% refund of deposit
No refunds within 7 business days of the event*
*If the event is re-booked (subject to JC's Bar-B-Que availability) within 2 days of original event date, deposit will be applicable to new event date. Due to associated food costs incurred within 7 days of the original event date, we regret that we are unable to refund or re-apply a deposit if the event is cancelled or the date is changed to more than 2 days after the original event date.
